After graduating from Keio University’s Faculty of Business and Commerce, Shingo Yano passed the CPA exam and began his career at The Nishi-Nippon City Bank. In 2013, he joined KPMG AZSA where he worked in the Financial Services Division conducting audits for banks and credit unions.
He later joined Dream Incubator, where he was involved in corporate planning, M&A, and PMI, as well as the formation and management of the DIMENSION fund. At Forsense Partners, he led numerous business turnaround and investment projects, and conducted financial due diligence for new business development and M&A initiatives at listed companies.
In June 2025, he joined DIMENSION, where he is currently responsible for corporate and fund operations.
