After graduating from university, Fuka Nishida began her career at an airline, gaining experience in airport passenger services and as a cabin crew member. In September 2023, she joined the “Tokyo Venture Capital Hub,” where she was involved in community management, including member support and event operations. In March 2025, she joined DIMENSION, where she is responsible for human resources, general affairs, and executive assistant duties.
