After graduating from Aoyama Gakuin University, Hiroko Ito worked as a legal assistant at a law firm, then joined Dream Incubator in 2017, where she supported the executive team as an executive secretary and assisted in numerous strategic consulting projects. In addition to her secretarial duties, she was also involved in a wide range of organizational and human resources tasks, including planning and managing career seminars and handling mid-career recruitment for a subsidiary. She joined DIMENSION in January 2026 and is responsible for recruitment, general affairs, and secretarial duties.
