After graduating from the Faculty of Law of Ritsumeikan University Yoshitaka Jo joined Okasan Securities Co., Ltd., as a new graduate recruit. After starting out in branch-based retail sales, for ten years he was involved in wholesale operations, predominantly serving financial institutions. He subsequently worked in overall management of corporate VC and fund management in the Okasan Group, before joining DIMENSION in July 2022, where he is in charge of fund management.
