After graduating from the Graduate Department of Aerospace Engineering of Nagoya University, Masaya Kayumi joined the Research and Development Center of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd., where he was involved in research and development of large-scale gas turbines. After leading a number of national research projects worth several hundred million yen, he took charge of turbine blade design for new models. In parallel he participated in an in-house working group targeting new business creation where he experienced the launch of research for commercialization purposes.
He joined DIMENSION in 2022 as a business producer. In his spare time he enjoys domestic and international travel, manga, comedy and surfing.
